Our proprietary VIRESCO Bio-Catalytic (VBCTM) technology was developed over a decade, with deep research, testing, and refinement resulting in a next-generation anaerobic digestion system that’s constantly monitored and operated for maximum output. Conditioning
Our energy chefs test all incoming waste to evaluate carbon and potential energy content as well as other ingredients that need to be managed precisely. Through a proprietary balance of organisms, ingredients in the waste are rapidly broken down in our engineered conditioning tank.
Prior to creating the anaerobic state necessary for the creation of methane, it’s crucial to achieve the ideal waste mix, balancing the biology to transform ingredients into digestible and manageable components.

The optimally conditioned digesting organisms are added based on their match to the type of waste, and selected for their efficient conversion of carbon into methane. And because of our proprietary process and our chef team’s expertise, this stage generates more biogas than traditional anaerobic digestors in a fraction of the time.
Our microorganisms have existed on Earth since before there was oxygen, surviving on acids in the primordial soup. The acid-rich mix entering the conversion process of our system is precisely managed to trigger a feeding frenzy, resulting in phenomenal methane production.
Our energy chefs also carefully monitor the hunger level of our organisms in-between feeding frenzies, timing the release of new food for maximum reaction and methane generation.

The 100% biofuel creates renewable energy from reused and recycled carbon in the form of electricity or renewable natural gas, without the pollution of fossil fuels. That means we’re creating energy that can supplement or displace fossil fuels, with only a rich soil amendment fertilizer and clean water as by-products.
Due to our super-precise process and its many recalibration moments, the fuel we produce is not only ultra-clean and pure, but uniquely restorative to the planet by recapturing most of the carbon and nutrients that would be otherwise wasted.
